海运出口操作程序
1,订单
收到委托书后,核对委托书内容,确认委托事项。
2、预订
准备好与船公司订舱的委托书,拿到船公司的舱位分配收据。
3、做箱
团队将获得设备发货订单,在仓库提货,并在客户工厂装车。或客户直接将货物送到指定的堆场或仓库。
4、报关
出口报关应当在准备好完整的报关单后进行,海关查验合格后放行。
5. 提单确认
根据委托书准备提单,并与客户确认提单,确保提单的真实性和准确性。
6、支付
与客户确认费用单并收取相关费用。
在账单上签字
根据客户要求开具提单并邮寄给客户。
8. 返回报关
出口报关后一个月,将报关单交回客户进行退税审核。
9. 在目的港更改提单
货物到达目的港后,船公司通知收货人更换提单。
10. 报关交货
准备好完整的报关单后开始报关,海关查验放行后提货。
海运出口操作注意事项
1. 报关单上载明的货物的中文名称,应当按照海关商品代码验明,并按照监管条件办理所需的报关单。
2. 所有报关单必须确保资料完全一致。

Marine export operation procedure
1, orders

5. Confirmation of bill of lading

6, pay

7, sign the bill
Issue b/l and mail to customer upon request.
8. Return customs declaration
One month after the export declaration, the customs declaration form will be returned to the customer for tax refund verification.
9. Change the bill of lading at the destination port
Upon arrival of the goods at the port of destination, the shipping company notifies the consignee to exchange the bill of lading.
10. Customs declaration and delivery
Import declaration shall be started after complete customs declaration documents are prepared, and goods shall be picked up after customs examination and release.
Notes for Marine export operation
1. The Chinese name of the goods shown in the customs declaration shall be verified according to the customs commodity code, and the required declaration documents shall be handled and provided according to the supervision conditions.
2. All customs declaration documents must ensure that the information is only consistent.
